Take high quality oils as low quality ones can negatively affect your results. If you can, check which plant the essential oil was extracted from. The type of species it belongs to and which part of the plant it was extracted from. Take note of how the aromatherapy essential oil was being made. Was it through the traditional natural process or industrial chemical process? Remember, organic aromatherapy can be great for your well-being if you know how to correctly use it.
