For smaller breasts, all that will be needed is some removal of fat.

As for the cost of this procedure, that varies as well. This is generally considered a cosmetic procedure, so any medical insurance that you might have will probably not cover this procedure. Overall, the cost runs a couple of thousand dollars, so if you do not have the financial means, instead try to first alter your diet. Sometimes excess fat can be lost simply through eating lots of fruits and vegetables! Also, be sure to exercise on a regular basis, even if it is just for a few minutes each day. Regardless, you're not alone, and you can get back your self-esteem.
